The managed services described are primarily provided remotely. Activities requiring physical presence, hardware repair or replacement are outside the standard scope unless separately agreed.

The documented scope includes Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022, Ubuntu 22, Red Hat 8, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux. Final support depends on the agreed environment and available vendor support.

Yes. Services may include user administration, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, directory services, SharePoint Online, reporting and troubleshooting.

Yes. The service scope covers user administration, email, collaboration tools, admin consoles, reporting and selected integrations for Google Workspace and Zoho One.

Mobile device management may be delivered through Microsoft Intune or another agreed tool. The required MDM licence must be available, and additional tool charges may apply.

No. The client is responsible for providing the backup infrastructure, tools, licences and storage resources required for the selected backup service.

Email migration, Teams integration, Teams Voice integration and SharePoint content migration may be provided separately. One-time or additional charges may apply.

Physical inventory handling, stock tracking and physical asset management are outside the standard scope. Hardware inventory documentation and audits may be offered as an optional service.

Application management is limited to the agreed platforms and applications. Unsupported or specialised applications may require additional resources and commercial approval.

Network configuration may include firewall rules, VPNs, access controls and wireless security. Intrusion prevention, high availability and advanced security services may require additional subscriptions, vendor support or optional charges.
